Iris Hovens is research support officer at Accare since 2024.
Biography
Iris studied Biomedical Sciences in Groningen and did her PhD research on postoperative cognitive dysfunction at the Department of Neurobiology of the University of Groningen and the Department of Surgery of the UMCG. As a researcher, Iris has worked on various research projects. Since 2024, Iris has worked as a Research Assistant. She is affiliated with the knowledge line Nutritional Disorders, Eating Disorders and Obesity and conducts various studies in collaboration with the University of Groningen (Clinical Psychology and Experimental Psychopathology).
