Simone Breider

Simone is working on her PhD at Accare. She previously studied psychology at the University of Groningen and she has a Master’s degree in developmental psychology.
Biography
Simone’s principal area of research is the effectiveness of face-to-face and blended parent training for children with autism and behavioural problems. Behavioural problems are common among children with autism. It is important to lessen the strain on children and their parents by offering evidence-based care to reduce these behavioural problems.
Simone is also conducting research into:
- The effectiveness of face-to-face and blended parent training for children with autism and behavioural problems
- Factors in early life associated with behavioural problems in children with an ASD
