Caitlin Grieve

Biography
Caitlin Grieve was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, and moved to Groningen in 2021. She studied law and psychology at Stellenbosch University and subsequently completed a master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Groningen.
During her internship at the University of Alabama, she worked with children with autism, an experience that inspired her to further specialize in this field. She strongly values connecting scientific research and clinical practice, ensuring that research insights directly contribute to better care.
Caitlin is currently a PhD candidate at Accare, in collaboration with Karakter and the AJK (National Autism Young Child Network). Her research focuses on improving diagnostic procedures and supporting young children with autism and their families.
