Leonie Kreuze

Leonie is active within both clinical psychology research and clinical practice. Her research focuses on adolescents with anxiety disorders and comorbid behavioural problems.
Biography
Leonie Kreuze started her Bachelor’s programme in psychology at the University of Groningen in September 2010. After this, she did her Research Master’s in behavioural and social sciences, concentrating on clinical psychology, also at the University of Groningen. Leonie is particularly interested in anxiety disorders and comorbid problems in children and adolescents. During her Research Master’s, she completed an internship at Accare. After completing her Master’s, Leonie started with a PhD programme, in which she is researching young people with anxiety disorders and comorbid behavioural problems. In addition, she continued to work as a psychologist at Accare one day a week, based within the anxiety-mood-compulsion team. She finds the combination of research and practice very valuable.
