
Marieke Messchendorp
Marieke Messchendorp has been a research assistant at Accare since 2011.
Biography
Marieke studied Clinical Psychology at the University of Groningen. Since 2009, she has been working at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) as a research assistant on various projects, including TRAILS, MARIO, and NESDA. Since 2011, she has also been working as a research assistant at Accare. In recent years, her work has mainly focused on research into tic disorders, such as the TIC Genetics study, but she is currently also involved in other studies, including the SCASS and SCODA projects. These studies investigate how adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (SCASS) or behavioral problems (SCODA) process social information.
