Rozemarijn Vos works at Accare as a researcher.
Biography
At Accare, Rozemarijn Vos works a great deal with young people who suffer from anxiety, social problems, low mood, difficulty attending school and problems with their self-image and eating. She was initially based in the clinic, working with different day treatment groups and outpatient clinics. For Rozemarijn, the common thread within Accare is the nutrition disorders, eating disorders & obesity knowledge area and the development of e-health interventions within the online platform ‘Jouw Omgeving’ [Your Environment] and the website www.99gram.nl, for which she is principal editor. She also coordinates the team of practitioners who maintain online contact with the young people. Rozemarijn enjoys this because online support increases the approachability and applicability of health care for young people. As part of her training to become a clinical psychologist, she is working on scientific research focused on attention bias for eating in young people with eating disorders, exploring for instance whether the attention bias changes over time or whether the degree of the attention bias is associated with the degree of recovery following a year of treatment.
